Client Interview | Kim Kelley Boudoir
client interview
What is the reason you booked a boudoir session? Were you nervous about it?
I booked my session as a gift for my fiance for our wedding day. I wanted to do it for him but also for me, so I can look back when I'm older and remember how I looked when I was more in my prime :) I was definitely nervous because I don't take a lot of pictures normally and am not a very 'on camera' type of person.
What was your favorite part of the session? Did anything surprise you?
My favorite part was seeing the photographs afterward. After the hour and a half of posing and following Kim's guidance and having no idea how it was looking, it was so cool to see how amazing they turned out! You might feel awkward in some of the poses but then you see how it all came together in such a great way.
Did you stay to see your image reveal the same day? What did you think of your images? How did seeing them make you feel?
I did stay to see the images and I'm so glad I did, because I left the session feeling amazing and so glad that I booked it. Even before the editing, Kim's photography skills produced phenomenal photos that I honestly could have taken home that day.
What would you change about the session? Is there something I could do better?
There's nothing I would change about the session! Your guidance was absolutely perfect. Again, I don't take a lot of photos and don't know much about how to pose, so having you tell me what to do helped so much.
Are there any last words or stories from your session you’d like to share?
I don't know about a particular story, but I went from really nervous at the beginning to pretty comfortable by the end. Kim was so personable that she made it really easy to open up and be yourself!
