San Diego family photography at Presidio Park during the golden hour. There is nothing I like better!
The park is beautiful for photography, with many different backdrops as you walk around the grounds and up into the woods. The sun trickles through the trees and through the arches of the corridor. The golden hour glow covers the large grassy hill in front of the mission and blankets the woods in the most gorgeous sun.
By far, one of my most favorite locations for family photographs, especially at sunset.
And this sweet family did not disappoint! You may recognize them from previous Christmas photoshoots we’ve done at Scripps Pier and from the girls preschool photos I do at their school. They are adorable, energetic, and so well behaved! The oldest has tons of questions and LOTS of suggestions for me. And the little one, with her big doe eyes, well, she can get away with just about anything.
They are at that sweet sweet age when mom and dad mean the world to them and they can’t quite get close enough. You can see how they squeeze in when they sit, how quickly they link arms, how hard they hug necks, or fight to get the best spot between mom and dad. If I ask them to snuggle in with mom and dad they gladly oblige.
Family photos with this crew was not a problem.
